Each bedroom is equipped with a writing desk with ethernet connection, a 43″ satellite and antenna TV and award-winning COCO-MAT matress, pillows linen and towels.

In the spacious open plan living and dining area, all oak furniture is sur measure hand-crafted by a local artisan.

A half bathroom, a storage room and a satellite led 65″ TV are available for the guests.

The Italian white lacquered kitchen is fully equipped with superb quality integrated appliances.

Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, Greek coffee pot, along with the respective coffees, are at the quests disposal to enjoy.

Wireless WIFI internet connection (STARLINK by SPACE X, 300MBPS speed) throughout the venue, as well as internet ethernet cable connection to the bedroom offices, are available for the guests.

Mosquito nets cover all openings, and the bedroom windows are equipped with double (regular and black out) drapes.

WESTINGHOUSE ceiling fans are installed throughout the residence.

DAIKIN inverter air conditioning system for cooling-heating is also installed.

A 40-m² crystal clear infinity swimming pool with plenty of sunbathing space is also available.

The 70-m2 pergola, covered by bamboo reeds and wild jasmine flowers, is ideal for all fresco dining and outdoor lounging.

An outdoor rain shower, to capitalize on the area’s spectacular climate, and a WEBER charcoal grill are also provided.

A five-car private parking and a lawn covered playground area are available at the residence.
